Ducks and Turtles

Not much going on today. Tried to find where the water was coming from on the aft air conditioning unit yesterday, but couldn't get it to repeat today. We did go for a walk later in the day. Walked down to the lake and watched the ducks, geese, turtles, and fish. They have some really strange ducks here. There is quite a variety in the coloring and patterns. Seems to have been a mixture of mallard and domestic ducks.

There were quite a few sunfish in the water near the foot bridge. One of the ladies here has been
feeding them. There were also a few turtles. One of them looked like it had been attacked or in a fight of some kind as it only had one front flipper as you can see in the photo. This one was also a different species also.
This is a nice park. Good gravel roads, what I think are lodge pole pines and a number of ponds. A couple of them are full of lily pads. Staff are very friendly and I really like the accent of the lady who does the cooking. One of those wonderful Cajun accents.
